TEAlicious Bubble is a North Shore bubble tea shop recognized as one of Yelp’s Top 25 Places to Drink. As team lead, I directed a competitive analysis of local bubble tea brands to identify differentiation opportunities around ingredient transparency and cultural authenticity.
We translated these insights into action through a discounted on-campus pop-up targeting Northwestern students to drive awareness and trial. I also developed a strategic social media content calendar, proposed branded merchandise concepts, and built a club partnership and Happy Hour promotion plan to increase visibility and repeat visits.
