About Me

I Do Calligraphy :>

Hi there! This is Nghi - a marketer, storyteller and design thinker who loves exploring how people connect with ideas, brands, and cultures.

I’m currently a senior at Northwestern University studying Communication and Cognitive Science, where I spend a lot of time thinking about how psychology, design, and strategy shape the way we experience things online. Over the past few years, I’ve worked in media and creative environments, where I’ve helped shape social media campaigns, develop brand stories, and analyze what makes content meaningful.

I enjoy asking questions like: What makes a brand feel human? How can design make information more accessible? These questions guide how I approach every project, whether I’m building a content calendar, designing visuals, or planning a campaign.

Beyond technical skills, I care deeply about storytelling with purpose. Many of my projects are inspired by cultural identity, community, and everyday experiences. I believe great marketing is about being thoughtful, honest, and intentional.

This portfolio is a small window into the things I’ve been learning, creating, and exploring along the way. Thanks for being here!

When I'm not working...

I Dance :>

Dancing has been a big part of my college life and something I genuinely love doing. I enjoy learning choreography, performing on stage, and being part of a team that works together to create something fun and expressive. It’s also taught me a lot about confidence, collaboration, and storytelling through movement.

Calligraphy started as a small hobby while I was in high school, and over time it turned into something I really enjoy. I like experimenting with different lettering styles and using calligraphy to make notes, quotes, or small designs more creative and personal.

I Film TikToks :">

Sometimes I like filming TikToks with friends just for fun. It’s a way to experiment with short-form video, play with trends, and be creative outside of work or school projects.
